24/7 breakdown and repair telephone and email support
Customer satisfaction is essential to HillTech Engineering and theres’s nothing more costly than an idle laser machine. HillTech will endeavour to arrive onsite, fault diagnose and order any parts necessary within 24 hours. Where possible, jobs will be fixed quickly and cheaply over the phone, by email or SMS, nevertheless we suggest you log an emergency as soon as possible via phone or our website. We are available 7 days a week, weekend and Bank Holiday support is available but additional charges will apply. On the positive side, even if you are yet to commit to HillTech we will still assist you with your emergencies as best we can.
Specialist Training
HillTech offer bespoke training that covers all aspects of maintenance as well as the repair and operation of your TRUMPF laser machine. We are happy to discuss one to one training in addition to our standard training package catering for larger groups. Alternatively we provide training spanning several weeks to hone your user skills, preventing costly operator errors and unnecessary consumer replacements.
We are available 7 days a week however weekend and Bank Holiday dates will require booking in advance and additional charges will apply.

National and International
Here at HillTech, we will personally project manage your entire TRUMPF laser machine relocation whether nationally or internationally, furthermore we will professionally decommission and install your machines anywhere in the world. Please contact us for advise on sending your machine abroad however due to Covid-19, additional precautions are in place. HillTech will also quote for a decommission when the installation is to be transferred to another service engineer outside of the UK. We are professional and hold no grudges against a client for a shared job role, nevertheless our rates are so competitive it’s easy to choose HillTech for full project management.
HillTech will never decline or over price an estimate, that said some locations are more difficult to reach than others. International pricing is based on current costings for flights, transfers and accommodation in addition to exchange rates and travel inoculations. We love to visit a new country and experience other cultures and welcome the opportunity to travel abroad.
Multi-Machine Discounts
As you are aware, having several TRUMPF laser machines can be costly, furthermore repair bills can spiral out of control. To help our customers, HillTech offer a multi-machine discount that saves you money when you add additional machines. Both service contracts and breakdowns can benefit from a discount when doubling up your hardware. Please note, our service price is not inclusive of consumables.

Our Services Also Include Full Project Management
HillTech offer full and comprehensive project management services for the decommission, relocation and installation of all used TRUMPF lasers, moreover we handle every aspect for a seamless machine move whether within the UK or to an international port. HillTech work with numerous reputable machine movers, however we will obtain several competitive quotes for your inspection prior to commitment.
One of the first tasks we undertake is a complete site survey prior to any machine move. This provides us with insight to the proposed location of the laser in addition to unexpected costs and potential dangers to all involved. In-depth studies will ensure all machine services are installed and adequate factory power is available. A concrete core sample isn’t always required, nevertheless we will assess this to adhere to TRUMPF standard floor specifications.
A site survey can involve several return visits, however we aim to complete it in one.
Full System Backup
HillTech offer a full system backup and restore service should your lasers’ Windows operating system crash. Don’t worry if you lose your email documents, breakdown reports or service checkover reports. HillTech offer an online secure data sharing service tailored to each individual customer, furthermore this service is completely FREE.
